Our next Senior Residential Support Worker will be someone who has: 

Mandatory: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or NVQ equivalentA big heart and passion to make a difference to the occupants’ lives.Patience, resilience, and calmness.

Some of your duties will include

Chaperoning individuals to appointments and activitiesCompleting relevant paperworkHousehold tasksAdministering medicationLeading, training and developing new and existing support workers within your teamHelping the deputy manager to maintain a skilled and knowledgeable team

The Opportunity

Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group, are recruiting Senior Support Workers to join our teams within the Leicestershire area. 

Little Acre is a five-bed registered accommodation, supporting individuals from the ages of 6 – 19 years and is dedicated to building incredible futures by giving the occupants opportunities, developing their life skills and personal interests.

We are based in Hickling Pastures and are within commuting distance of Nottingham and Loughborough.

Our residential homes are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiences – for those we look after and for everyone in our team

Options Autism is a national provider of specialist education, care and therapeutic services for individuals with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties.
