Shifts operate work between 7am - 5pm and flexible working can be discussed. You'll take on a huge range of varied and exciting tasks, unlocking a wealth of career advancement opportunitiesSo, if you're ready to take the next step and make a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you.The Role As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the management of our Andover site, getting involved with everything from team leadership to plant mechanics.Working closely with the Managing Director as their 'right hand', you will identify opportunities within the yard and improve our productivity, facilitating the growth and development of your team of six direct reports.This is a varied and exiting role, where no two days will be the same. You will cover site management, machine and plant maintenance, people management, stock and workforce planning, compliance, and moreYou will also keep all onsite equipment maintained, ensuring repairs, maintenance and related documentation are all carried out efficiently.
