Calling all organized and detail-oriented individuals

We're seeking a temporary Transport Administrator to join our client's operation in Grays. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What you'll do:
  • Manage driver paperwork for Grays and its associated outbases (printing & scanning)
  • Assist with driver resource allocation
  • Respond to driver queries while on the road
  • Handle holiday and absence reporting
What we're looking for:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence working in a unionized environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office)
The offer:
