Our client, a highly regarded full-service law firm is looking to expand into their Residential Property team in North Manchester.

You will be fully supported to showcase and develop your knowledge within Residential Property Law. You will play a key role in managing and overseeing property transactions from start to finish.

You will provide expert advice to clients, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and deliver a high level of service.

The role

Be able to develop and maintain good, sustainable relationships with referrers such as estate agents/brokersManage a caseload of residential property transactions.Provide expert legal advice to clients on property matters.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.Conduct property searches and investigations to identify any potential issues.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.

About you

Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed ConveyancerStrong knowledge of property law, conveyancing processes, and property transactions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using conveyancing software and relevant legal databases.Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.
