As a Deputy General Manager, you will:
Be yourself Set guest satisfaction targets and ensure these are met, using guests’ feedback and surveys Lead from the front and get stuck in – you’re the face of the hotel operation Regularly inspect rooms to ensure our product is to brand standard Mentor team members in your hotel, who are undertaking in-house Learning & Development programmes in support of their career Collaborate with your local HR team to host engaging activities for your team Host weekly operations meetings to discuss events and groups – you’ll liaise with the Meetings & Events team to ensure your hotel is ready to deliverWhy come join us?
