A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD AND BEVERAGE TEAM LEADER AT THE PRINCIPAL YORK

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Head of Food and Beverage, you can expect your working day to include the following:

Motivating and leading the Food and Beverage Team, from the Bar, to the Restaurant, to Afternoon Tea.  Delegating tasks to team members Conducting the training of team members Ensuring the shift runs smoothly, and any complaints are handled or escalated The correct opening and closing of a shift

To succeed in the role of Food and Beverage Team Leader you will need the following qualities:

Experience of leading and motivating a team Experience within a Food and Beverage Team department Supervisory experience within a Bar and Restaurant team.  Excellent work ethic Flexibility - as we are a 7 day a week operation.
