Agriculture and Estate Solicitor - Northampton with hybrid working

Client
A Top 60 UK law firm where you will be given the opportunity to develop a real specialism in the agriculture sector within a growing nationally recognised team.

Role

Good quality work in all types of transactional matters including sales, purchases, and mortgages. Advise clients on estate management, agricultural tenancies and tax and succession planning. Work closely with the Private Client team to provide a wraparound services for clients  Act for some of the largest landowners in the country, Be part of a market leading Agriculture and Estates team

You

NQ-4 years PQE with a passion for the agricultural industry, and some exposure to rural property work previously. Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships Excellent technical ability and drafting skills Demonstrates teamwork and relationship building skills Strong commercial acumen Proactive, ambitious and organised with a keen eye for detail
