They are looking for a Data Privacy Analyst to join their dynamic team.In this role you will be collaborating closely with the Senior Privacy Manager, Data Protection Officer, Privacy Programme Manager, and various key stakeholders worldwide. Leading and contributing to multiple concurrent initiatives aimed at maximizing value for our clients by safeguarding their data and our own, while ensuring that critical global projects remain on course.Responsibilities:Act as the primary contact for Privacy Change Requests (CRAs) via their privacy tool 'Securiti,' managing reviews, approvals, and maintaining the production environment while ensuring compliance with established pathways.Ensure the Securiti project plan remains on track, troubleshoot issues proactively, and explore new uses to enhance operational efficiency, including integration with existing assets and processes.Oversee the end-to-end CRA process, manage Individual Rights Requests, and collaborate with Procurement on engaging new Vendors processing regulated data.Identify and implement workflow improvements for the Privacy Team, developing best practices and standard operating procedures to support effective internal and external interactions.Support strategic privacy initiatives, maintain the privacy community site (SharePoint), contribute to the quarterly Privacy newsletter, and ensure alignment with the businesses values and Code of Business.Qualifications & ExperienceProject Management Qualification, Data Privacy Qualification, Project Management, Experience working with Privacy Tooling.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject, and Data Privacy experience.For more information please apply.
