Our client is a respected Property Consultancy with numerous offices throughout the UK and we are currently assisting them in identifying an ambitious experienced Chartered Building Surveyor for their Newcastle office. This is very much a delivery Building Surveying with project involvement and the successful candidate will have a team of Assistant Building Surveyors in support.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be instrumental in assisting clients with a diverse portfolio of projects including managing the compiling detailed property surveys, preparing reports, and advising clients on a range of building-related matters. You will also play a pivotal role in project management, overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The sectors our client works within includes health, education, MOD, logistics, commercial office, retail and hospitality and MRICS chartership is needed in this role however those close to obtaining chartership status will be considered.
