Facilities Maintenance Engineer (Building Services / HVAC)

Field Based, commutable from Luton, Leighton Buzzard, Stevenage, Hemel Hemstead and surrounding areas

Are you familiar with Building Services, from a mechanical, plumbing or electrical background looking to join a nationally recognised industry leader, where you will be invested in through internal and external training to massively develop your skillset with the aim of becoming the go to engineer, working a static patch in a highly autonomous role promising a great work life balance?

On offer is a Building Services Engineer position where you will gain the training necessary to become a technical expert and develop your skillset, whilst working on site in a highly autonomous role with the chance to progress through the business in the future as you showcase your skills as a technical expert and continue your development.

This nationally recognised M&E specialist have been established for over 4 decades, and are known for their excellent service to clients across the public, commercial and domestic sectors. As the company continues to expand they are looking to invest in new technical talent to continue their reputation for excellent service and contribute to the growth of the business.

On offer is a Building Services Engineer Position, where you will gain experience working within the building services industry working on a busy site to provide technical repairs and maintenance to a high standard, working to complete PPMs and Reactive maintenance of HVAC equipment, plumbing and basic electrics.

This role would suit an Engineer from a Mechanical Background looking for further development and the chance to join an expanding industry leader who will invest heavily into you whilst still giving the ability to keep a great work life balance.

*Quoting work to ensure faults are fixed and completely compliant
