Description

  • Leading and managing tax compliance, reporting, and advisory services
  • Developing and implementing strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes
  • Reviewing current and deferred tax provision
  • Managing members of the tax team as they prepare components of the company's tax filings
  • Researching tax regulations and advising on tax liabilities
  • Managing and coordinating tax audits
  • Maintaining internal control documentation and testing
  • Developing tax-saving strategies to maximise business profits

Profile

A successful Tax Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting or Finance (CTA, ACA, ATT)
  • Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance and procedures for corporations
  • Familiarity with U.S. federal, state, and local reporting requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
