Job Description

  • Be responsible for the monitoring and development of critical scorecard & decisioning performance across our consumer and business journeys, ensuring high degree of accuracy always.
  • Work with the other Leads in the team to regularly complete reviews of potential risks, highlight areas of improvement and ways to grow profitable connections to the network.
  • Liaise with other business areas and have regular conversations with key stakeholders.
    Review and provide feedback and insight on our propositions, projects and services and consistently look for opportunities to support delivery of the company goals.
  • Proactively collect, analyse, and interpret information to support the development of credit strategies, policies, and processes.
  • Use your Excel and SAS/Alteryx knowledge to collect, analyse and interpret information to understand key trends.
  • Work with your peers within your immediate team and across the wider Credit Risk population to manage the key performance objectives and challenge existing credit policies.
  • Ensure that changes requested are accurate and effective by testing proposed changes then reviewing actual impacts vs those expected quickly and on time.
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc tasks, producing useful insight, making, and communicating your recommendations while driving towards a successful conclusion that will add value to the contributions from the Credit Risk team
