This is an exciting opportunity to support the compliance team of a boutique law firm's office located in Bishops Stortford. In this role, you will assist the compliance team in managing the workload across a broad range of matters and be involved in all areas of the function that ensure the firm practices within the regulatory standards. This position is ideal for someone who wants to expand their skillset or a senior compliance professional looking for more flexibility and a job closer to home.

Job Responsibilities:

Supporting the team to ensure legal compliance with the requirements, professional standards of the firm and regulators.Handling complaints, liaising with clients and colleagues to investigate and prepare reports on the matter.Assisting with data protection compliance, including support with DSARS.Responding to day-to-day queries from staff on issues such as AML, sanctions, confidentiality, and conflicts of interest.Assisting with PI Renewal.Assisting with Lexcel, Customer Service Excellence and Conveyancing Quality Standard compliance and other industry accreditations.
