Childcare Paralegal

Up to £28 umbrella per hour

Sellick Partnership are working with a London-based Local Authority seeking an experienced Childcare Paralegal Locum.

The role will be offered on an initial 3 month contract, with a strong likelihood of extending on a rolling basis. The successful candidate will work predominantly remote, there is expectation of office attendance twice per month.

The role entails supporting 2 lawyers with busy caseloads of care proceedings and pre-proceedings, this will include preparing bundles, court applications and letters, as well as dealing with section 7 and 37 reports.

This is a great opportunity for a paralegal with existing childcare experience to progress within a busy, supportive authority. Offering a competitive hourly rate and flexible working patterns, this role would be suitable for someone living anywhere in the UK that is willing to travel two days per month to London.
