As the Leisure/Spa Receptionist, you will
Manage the day to day bookings and reservations for the facilities
Greet guests and ensure a high standard of service
Work with the management to ensure cleanliness and smooth operation

As our ideal candidate, you will be
Experienced as a Leisure/Spa Receptionist ideally within a 4/5 hotel environment
Excellent at communication and adapt at building a rapport with colleagues and guests
Professional and organised with a friendly approach and be able to anticipate guests needs
Lifeguard trained/First Responder trained (essential
