Artwork Co-ordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing and evolving, entrepreneurial division of a global FMCG employer of choice, looking for a talented artwork co-ordinator and technical administrator.

The successful candidate will enjoy working collaboratively within a fast paced environment, supporting R&D on managing packaging artwork projects across a number of categories and many well-known consumer brands. You will manage the process from concept to print, liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of the projects. You will be flexible with the changing needs of the business and a confident decision maker, communicator and multi-tasker. Additionally, you will provide support to the technical team, updating documentation and maintaining supplier information. Attention to detail is a necessity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all new packaging designs are aligned with the necessary requirements
• Manage the artwork approval process
• Project manage artwork projects from concept to final approval, ensuring artwork is aligned with the brand guidelines, working with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive consistency on packaging text and design across all categories.
• Attend weekly category meetings to provide project updates and take on board any new actions.
• Be the key link between R&D and the Operations Artwork Team.
• Provide support to Technical department in updating technical documentation (e.g. technical specifications, product specifications).
• Play a key part in the on-going management of product quality and performance through maintaining accurate supplier information.
