Home and Field Based, Commutable from Bristol and surrounding areas
Are you from the Air Conditioning or HVAC background looking for the opportunity to progress your career with clear routes into Directorship, combined with full cradle to grave autonomy to set up and grow your own department and team?
This is a rare opportunity to join a specialist HVAC installation and repair company, where you will be given full authority of your department, with the view to progress your career and be valued and rewarded for you skill and expertise.
This company have been established for over 15 years and have completed over 1,000 commercial installations, due to this they are looking to rapidly expand their aftersales maintenance service to customers to propel their growth.
This is an exciting role for someone from an Air Conditioning or HVAC background looking for the opportunity to progress your career with clear routes into Directorship.
The Role:
*Overseeing your own team and department to cover the aftersales maintenance team.
*Working closer with the owner of the business to propel your career
*Building a new department from new with over 1,000 existing customers
The Person:
*Previous experience in a commercial role
*Experience in the HVAC industry
