Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Canterbury and the surrounding areas

Salary: £40,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Contract Type: Permanent

Mobile role- call out 1 in 6

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join my clients team in Canterbury.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of electrical systems and equipment within a static role. This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipmentDiagnosing faults and carrying out repairs where necessaryCompleting electrical installation work where requiredConducting regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standardsLiaising with clients and colleagues to ensure that work is completed efficiently and to a high standardMaintaining accurate records of work completed and parts used

Requirements:

Electrical maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial environmentElectrical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ or equivalent)18th Edition Knowledge of electrical regulations and standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
