Payroll & Billings Specialist

This is a great Payroll Administrator permanent role based in West End London, working for a fast-growing Recruitment Consultancy. This role will be responsible for the payment of contractors, payroll administration and reporting and the billing of clients.
Client Details
My client are an exciting fast-growing recruitment consultancy who are looking to expand their finance team. After experience rapid growth in the past few years the finance team have promoted internally and now eager to on board new members of the finance team to support and grow with them.
Description
As the Payroll & Billings Specialist your responsibilities will include:
- Being responsible for completing the full payroll process end to end
- Processing Bi-weekly & monthly payments for Ltd Company, Umbrella and PAYE contractors
- Time sheet & expense entry from various client portals
- Preparing and completing necessary administrative tasks to ensure an accurate payroll
- Running payroll reports and ensuring payrolls are reconciled
- Ensuring correct VAT is applied to all payments
- Uploading costs to Xero
- Sending out Self-Bills to all PSC's & Umbrella Companies
- Generating client sales invoices and uploading to Xero
- Reconciliation of client Self-Bill invoices
- Working closely with our Consultants, Credit Control, and Compliance team to resolve any invoice discrepancies
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous finance experience within recruitment / professional services / business services
- Strong excel skills
- Previous experience using Xero is desirable
- Proactive mindset
- Ability to develop and maintain internal and external company relationships
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to develop progression and self-development
Job Offer
- £30,000 to £35,000 salary
