An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer to join our innovative, award-winning BSc (Hons) Nutrition and Dietetics programme at the University of Winchester. We strive to deliver high quality teaching and learning experiences that equip our students to work effectively within the current and future health and care system.

We are looking for an experienced dietitian with the skills to lead our year 2 and 3 practice education modules. This will include the delivery of practice education preparation sessions, tutoring and assessment. In addition to this, the post holder will deliver a highly innovative 18 day simulated clinical placement. There will be opportunities to further develop simulation and alternative models of practice education delivery.

The post holder will have expertise in practice education, clinical effectiveness, leadership and professional development. The successful candidate will be expected to have a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards it.

The successful candidate will be flexible and be able to support teaching and learning across the program and wider department, including leadership and professional development and dietetic research. There will be opportunities for multi-professional teaching and learning including simulation.
