If your answer is YES to any of the above, then we have an opportunity for you to join one of our 44-day nurseries, where we are going above and beyond by giving our colleagues the opportunity to have up to 50 paid days off work a year, to further improve work-life balance and promote better workplace happiness. This is a first for the Early Years Sector.
You will join us as the Deputy Nursery Manager at our Emscote HouseDay Nursery in Leamington Spaon a part time basis, working 22.5hours a week, all-year-round. Your shifts will fall between the hours of (phone number removed)on Wednesday-Friday.
We are seeking a very special person to join us in this supernumerary leadership role. Someone who:
- Holds an early years qualification at level three or above and has demonstrable experience of working in a leadership role in a nursery setting.
- Has excellent knowledge of the EYFS and statutory requirements and, through role-modelling, mentoring, coaching, supervision and effective performance management, can inspire a large team to deliver outstanding outcomes for children.
- Can support the Nursery Manager to meet targets relating to occupancy, revenue and staff retention, and resume overall responsibility for the nursery in the manager s absence.
- Will uphold exemplary levels of customer care, champion partnership working and promote the company values at all times.
