Description

  • Oversee procurement and supply chain operations.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address supply chain issues.
  • Lead, manage and develop the supply chain team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular supply chain performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with finance to set budgets and monitor costs.

Profile

A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes in the retail industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
  • Solid analytical skills and the ability to solve complex supply chain issues.
