Job Description

We are thrilled to announce a rare and exciting opportunity to join a leading financial services firm specialising in serving High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth individuals, families, and businesses based in Central London. As an Investment Analyst, you will play a vital role in increasing efficiency for senior members of the firm while supporting front-office operations and providing exceptional service to clients. This position offers the chance to work closely with a dedicated team of investment professionals and gain invaluable experience in the wealth management space.


Responsibilities:

  • Support senior members of the firm in managing client portfolios and executing investment strategies.
  • Provide key information and analysis on market trends, investment opportunities, and client accounts.
  • Produce presentations for client meetings, incorporating market research and investment insights.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about the current market outlook and trends.
  • Manage daily cash balances and ensure efficient cash flow management for client portfolios.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for professional services and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients.
  • Multitask and prioritise tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and diligent approach to tasks and projects.
  • Maintain an absolute focus on client service, adapting to cultural differences in working practices as needed.
  • Utilize MS Office tools, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, to prepare reports, presentations, and analysis.


    Requirements:

    • Keen interest in working for a Family Office and passion for the wealth management space.
    • Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with financial analysis and dealing with banks and accounting firms is helpful.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a proactive approach to work.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Ability to work effectively within a small team environment.
    • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and adapting to cultural differences as necessary.
