This international company have a large presence across the UK and this role as an HR Administrator on a fixed term contract and will be based at the Felinfach factory, near Lampeter site in beautiful West Wales.
Salary up to 25k per annum 12-month FTC
25 days plus Bank Holidays (pro rata)
Monday - Friday working hours - office based
What you will be doing as a HR Administrator
The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. This role involves managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Provide proactive administration support to the HR Team.
- Ensure that HR data in IFS is maintained through the accurate and timely processing of starters leavers and any employee changes.
- Ensure that accurate and timely data is passed to the Payroll Manager.
- Complete project work as directed.
- Prepare and send offer letters and other recruitment documents.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and paperwork.
- Assist employees with benefits enrolment and inquiries.
- Coordinate training sessions and development programs.
- Maintain training records and track employee participation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and audits.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- A good level of general education up to GCSE Level (or equivalent), including Maths and English
- Previous experience providing high-quality administrative support, ideally in HR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is an advantage.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- You will live close to the factory in Felinfach or within a 30-minute commute.
Own transport is essential due to limited public transport links
