Role Profile:

You will work closely with the Caroola change team and other key stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and support the implementation of effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Participate in workshops to collect necessary information.
  • Analyze business processes and data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the creation of reports to present findings.
  • Help in mapping current and future state processes.
  • Assist in creating process flow diagrams and other visual aids.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals.
  • Ensure documentation is up to date and accurately reflects business needs and solutions.
  • Support effective communication between business stakeholders and the IT team.

Experience and Skills Required

  • A keen interest in data analysis / Project Management
  • An inquisitive nature.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail
