We have an exciting opportunity for an Assessor to join a pool of free-lance assessors, undertaking project-based assessment activities on behalf of an end client. Assessment centres are predominantly based in West Kensington, Stratford and North Greenwich, and assessment hours are typically between 8am and 5pm.
 
As an Assessor you will:
  • Deliver a transparent and open assessment process to candidates on behalf of our clients
  • Ensure the candidates always receive a first-class service
  • Run assessment sessions, which may include Competency / Scenario based Interviews, Role Plays, Test Invigilation or more complex Technical Assessments
  • Positively represent the end client at all times
  • Evaluate the candidate performance throughout the event
  • Keep accurate and legible notes
  • Write up detailed feedback reports detailing developmental areas

To be considered for this Assessor role you must have:
  • Experience in running assessment events including Test Invigilation, Role Plays and Interviews
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain professional at all times
  • Confidence to be able to always work in line with best working practices to ensure a fair and consistent process
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to articulate and write detailed and meaningful feedback
  • Flexible approach and the ability to adapt quickly
  • Ability to be tech savvy as you may be working with different systems
