Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 4 students.
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes academic growth, personal development, and well-being.
  • Utilize effective teaching strategies and resources to inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for learning.
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their academic achievement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to student learning and development.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 4 students.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and proficiency in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the well-being of all students.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
