Sample Management (overseen by Junior PR Co-Ordinator & Showroom Manager):Booking out samples loaned for shoots onto database Booking in returned samples onto database Emailing Fashion Assistants and Stylists for the return of any overdue samples Organising samples to be returned to brands from previous season collections 
Database Management:Ensuring all contacts on database are up to dateUpdate database with any industry movements 
Gifting (overseen by Social Media & VIP Relations Manager):Compiling gifting suggestions across talent, influencers and VIP’s on behalf of brands Facilitating the distribution of gifting from showroom, including packaging, writing comp slips and dropping to post officeUpdating spreadsheets with which products have been gifted to whomMonitoring social media profiles of all those gifted for any coverage
Other (overseen by Head of PR / wider team):Creating print, online and social coverage slides for monthly client reports Supporting the team where needed on ad-hoc admin tasksUpdating The Goods Agency Instagram stories, reposting influencer and press coverage content / monitoring any queries and requests via Instagram, passing onto relevant team member Requirements:Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated and able to work as part of a team as well as on his/her own initiativeExcellent verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office programmes and Google DriveAbility to work towards deadlines
