You will be managing a Private Family Law caseload, meeting with Clients, and have the opportunity to work towards Mediator qualification.

Typical matters you will work on as the new Family Solicitor include: 

  • Divorce and financial settlements
  • Children arrangements
  • Cross-jurisdiction cases

To be considered for this Family Solicitor role you must have: 

  • Dealt with Private Family Law matters
  • 1 to 3 years’ PQE as a Solicitor

Those who are already a qualified Mediator are encouraged to apply.
