Up to 28K per annum

Electro-Mechanical Assembler required for a specialist manufacturing business based in Camberley. We are looking for candidates with assembly experience including crimping, wiring, testing with very strong abilities in soldering.

This is a technical assembly role, if you have experience of assembling PCB's following engineering drawings, soldering iron, crimping, wiring and testing parts and components, this is the role for you

The role will be 18 months of Contract becoming Permanent after this period.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling PCB's according to the engineering drawings
  • Checking all the assemble work (re-work when requested)
  • Raising non-conformances to the Coordinators or Team Leader when issues are identified
  • Working effectively with other departments (Quality, Stores, Production) to bring solutions in order to reduce time waste and costs.
  • Supporting other Assembly team members when needed in order to complete the activities

Mandatory requirements:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing/ engineering environment
  • Solid experience of wiring, crimping, testing PCB's
  • Great abilities in soldering
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Working independently and as a team
  • Resolve any issue
  • Use hand tools
  • Capabilities in understanding quality plans and procedures
