Key duties to include: 

  • Preparation of Wills.
  • Planning of estates.
  • Trusts and Probate. 
  • LPA's.
  • Court of Protection practice. 


    The successful candidate will have:

    • A minimum of two years PQE. 
    • Experience working a full case load. 
    • Sensitivity when dealing with delicate matters. 
    • Able to handle pressured work load. 
    • Client focused manner.
