Operations Manager (Soft Landscaping Solutions)

Are you an Operations Manager with experience in delivering Soft Landscaping solutions to the Construction and Housing industries, looking for an exciting new role within a market-leading business offering the chance for structured career progression and development?

The business is an industry-leader fields of Ground Maintenance, Soft Landscaping and Civil Engineering with around 90 locations UK-wide- they recognize hard work and dedication and are known for their employee investment.

You will be responsible for delivering high-end Soft Landscaping solutions for mainly new-build housing developments - this includes show homes and sales properties where you will have the opportunity to take pride in your work and the impact it has on those that experience it.

Your Role:

  • Undertaking pre-contract site assessments.
  • Coordinating teams according to contract specifications and workload.
  • Monitoring work progress and performance, taking prompt action when needed to ensure timely delivery.
  • Managing regional sub-contractors, equipment, servicing, and costs.
  • Maintain records of all tasks completed utilising the Job Management system.
  • Actively create records of equipment failures, maintenance records and costs.
  • Understanding and adhering to the law relating to Health & Safety.
  • Full UK driving license.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • Experience delivering Soft Landscaping projects for the Construction or Housing industries or relevant.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Full, clean driving license
  • Gold CSCS card is highly advantageous
