Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate intellectual property dockets, ensuring all deadlines are met promptly
• Conduct thorough research and analysis related to IP matters, supporting attorneys in case preparations
• Assist in drafting legal documents, including patent applications, trademark registrations, and correspondence
• Coordinate communication with clients, patent offices, and external counsel regarding filing requirements and updates
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient case management
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and procedural changes in intellectual property practice

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field
• Previous experience working as an IP Paralegal, with a focus on docketing preferred
• Proficiency in utilizing docketing software and tools to manage intellectual property portfolios
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-focused approach
• Proactive mindset, capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team
