REAL ESTATE MANAGER – EMEA REGION

What you will do

In this vital role you will play a lead partner role in real estate planning and execution activities in the Europe and Middle East Africa region.

You will work with regional and country leadership, external service providers and Real Estate Leaders to implement real estate strategy and projects in the EMEA Region.

The successful candidate will partner with Global Workspace Solutions (GWS) Master Planning and Strategic Execution to ensure design and delivery is in alignment with strategic real estate and master plans. In addition, this role collaborates closely with regional and functional senior management, clients and facilities & engineering teams to ensure the successful construction and implementation of new office and laboratory spaces.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as real estate ambassador, responsible for engaging and working with regional and country leaders, external service providers and local teams to identify real estate solutions, maintain owned and leased facility portfolio activities & drive value in real estate operations

  • Actively engage with Real Estate and business leaders to communicate market trends, opportunities or constraints which impact business drivers

  • Partner with relevant project team to understand and deliver innovative workplace solutions for owned and leased real estate

  • Serve as the GWS Ambassador for preliminary business case design, requirements gathering, location selection, facility needs and initial scope

  • Recognized leader of Regional real estate transactions
