BRIEF OVERVIEW OF DUTIES: As part of the Front of House Team, you will be integral in providing high end, personalised and memorable experiences for all of our guests.

Deliver all services to the required standard of excellence, as the first port of call for all guests entering the property. Create a welcoming atmosphere, anticipating members' and guests needs. Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner with extensive knowledge about all areas of the hotel. Carrying out administrative tasks, making reservations, allocating bedrooms & checking guests in and out of the hotel. Ensure that guests receive a positively unforgettable experience, resulting in repeat business and excellent reputation. Liaise with all departments and communicate effectively with other teams, contractors and guest requests.  Carrying out security patrols and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests during their stay Assisting guests with their forward travel plans and making reservations as required.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

Experience in the hospitality industry would be a bonus, but not essential. High Standard of personal appearance and hygiene. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Flexibility with shift times/availability.
