Deliver all services to the required standard of excellence, as the first port of call for all guests entering the property. Create a welcoming atmosphere, anticipating members' and guests needs. Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner with extensive knowledge about all areas of the hotel. Carrying out administrative tasks, making reservations, allocating bedrooms & checking guests in and out of the hotel. Ensure that guests receive a positively unforgettable experience, resulting in repeat business and excellent reputation. Liaise with all departments and communicate effectively with other teams, contractors and guest requests.
