Senior Propositions Manager - Funeralcare
£Remote
We’re looking for a Senior Propositions manager to lead our Propositions Team in Funeralcare. At Co-op Funeralcare, we help people at one of the most difficult times in their lives and offer support to those looking to plan for the future. You’ll spot opportunities, bring new ideas to life, and help shape the future of our services. Work closely with colleagues and leaders across the business to shape our proposition strategy and manage a clear roadmap of activity that supports our commercial objectives
•    Make sure all propositions, collateral and experiences comply with regulatory requirements 
•    Own all proposition articulation and our ‘reasons to choose’ as well as supporting the development of effective marketing campaigns and promotions of your propositions 
•    Proactively monitor and review performance and proactively partner with business leads to create appropriate action plans where needed
A track record of delivering successful propositions or commercial change initiatives in large, regulated organisations with operational, telephony and digital sales channels
•    Great analytical skills and experience using data and market insights to inform decisions
•    Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience building relationships with senior leaders across the business 
•    Strong commercial acumen and marketing knowledge and capabilities
