Role: Senior Integration Developer

Type: Permanent role

Location: London, UK - Hybrid ( monday, wednesday and friday onsite work)

Experience required : 8- 10+ years as Integration Developer

Job Description:

We need relevant experience on Node, Next and Vercel for the integration role along with all the experience on Integration design and tech.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Integration Developer with hands-on experience in Next.js 14 and familiarity with modern web technologies. This role will involve developing highly dynamic and responsive web applications using the latest Next.js 14 features, including the App Router, along with integrating and managing content via a headless CMS solution like Contentful or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, performant web applications using Next.js 14 and above.

• Identification and implementation of contracts for all third party integrations

• Utilize the App Router in Next.js to create seamless navigation and optimal page load speeds.

• Integrate and manage dynamic content using headless CMS platforms like Contentful or similar.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and back-end developers, to deliver high-quality user interfaces.

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications that align with Client’s brand and user experience standards.

• Translate design mockups into pixel-perfect, interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging front-end technologies, advocating for best practices within the team.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

•Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues to ensure seamless user experiences.

•Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience with Next.js 14: Strong understanding and usage of the latest features, especially the App Router.

• Headless CMS knowledge : Hands-on experience working with headless CMS platforms like Contentful or similar

• Strong front-end skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and component libraries like Tailwind CSS.

•Experience with server-side rendering and API integration : Understanding of serverless functions, data fetching strategies, and API consumption.

•Version control: Experience with Git and collaborative coding environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first web design principles .

•Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and the ability to implement accessible UI/UX.

•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Minimum Experience of 8-10 Years

• Experience with RESTful and GraphQL API integration.

• Familiarity with CSS pre-processors (e.g., SASS or LESS).

•Knowledge of progressive web app (PWA) development .

• Experience with performance optimization techniques.

•Understanding of SEO best practices.

•Certification in front-end development or related fields is a plus.

• Desirable Skills

· E-commerce platforms: Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms .

· Search functionality: Familiarity with search platforms like Algolia .

· Familiarity with data visualization libraries and maps (e.g., Mapbox ).

· Experience with localization and internationalization in JavaScript frameworks .
