We are currently looking for a Biomarker Transcriptomics Scientist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Berkshire area. As the Biomarker Transcriptomics Scientist you will be responsible for planning and technical oversight of Biomarker Transcriptomics activities outsourced to CROs.
This is an initial 12 month contract due to exciting growth in the team and with likely extension. The role can offer 1-2 days per week remote working.


As the Biomarker Transcriptomics Scientist you will work independently alongside biomarker specialists in the Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry, Ligand Binding and LC-MS fields. As the Biomarker Transcriptomics Scientist you will be responsible for planning and technical oversight of Biomarker Transcriptomics activities outsourced to CROs.

As the Biomarker Transcriptomics Scientist you will use your theoretical understanding of the principals of molecular biology and transcriptomics, in particular RNA sequencing and RT-qPCR.

As the Biomarker Transcriptomics Scientist you will support clinical transcriptomics outsourced activities as an SME from a planning and technical perspectives.

Relevant degree in a Pharmaceutical, Biologics or similar discipline.
