As Site Leader, you'll be at the helm of a busy manufacturing site focused on producing high-quality, sewn medical textiles. With a team of around 40, you'll ensure we meet demanding delivery schedules, maintain top-quality standards, and promote a safe, supportive work environment.
Managing team performance and development through consistent communication, clear objective setting, and ongoing training.
Actively engaging in cross-departmental planning to optimize production flow for make-to-stock and make-to-order items.A proven track record in managing teams within a manufacturing environment, ideally with experience in assembly and production processes.
A NEBOSH NGC or IOSH Level 3 qualification, plus a solid background in health and safety.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying ways to boost efficiency and quality.
A results-focused attitude with the ability to balance immediate operational demands with strategic goals.Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing setting.
Demonstrated experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies and their application in manufacturing.
Strong site planning, capacity analysis, and cost control capabilities.
