Contracts Manager, Senior Manager

Our client, a leading Building Services organization is recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join their growing team. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the effective and efficient delivery of contracts, taking full responsibility for all personnel working on that contract, and delivering services to the required SLA.
The Facilities Management Contracts Manager will have a background in either mechanical or electrical PPM, be customer focused and be able to develop strong commercial relationships to expand the offer locally.
The role will require travelling to sites across Cumbria.
Taking responsibility for the entire contract, personnel working on that contract and the delivery of the services provided.
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Planning work and organising labour in line with service requirements and to ensure that all work is being complete on time and within budget.
• Maintain and build up a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders including customers, colleagues, public, suppliers, and senior management teams
Extensive experience within a related FM and cyclical works management environment, managing a range of stakeholders, and delivering quality services.
• Experience of works management and CAFM systems.
