Are you a visionary leader with a passion for product development and technical management? DCS Group, a fast-growing family-owned Health & Beauty products manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic Product Development & Technical Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the development and ongoing management of our formulations while working closely with the Mixing team to support continuous improvement and efficiencies.
As the Product Development & Technical Manager, you'll lead a talented team of technical professionals, including NPD, Microbiology, Packaging, Regulatory, and Processing specialists. Your responsibilities will span product development, technical support, and people management, ensuring that our products meet the highest industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Innovative Environment: Work with a trusted contract partner for a variety of well-known brands, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Drive transformation initiatives, identify opportunities for process optimisation, and promote a culture of innovation.

Oversee new product development projects, assess technical and commercial feasibility, and manage changes to existing formulations.
Provide support to the Mixing team with method of manufacture, trial batches, and resolving quality issues.
People Management: Lead and coach a team of technical professionals, promoting a positive work environment and supporting their development.

Technical Qualifications: Master's or PhD in Chemistry or Cosmetic Science.
Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in Health & Beauty or Cosmetics, with a strong background in managing teams and leading projects.
Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
