What’s the role?
As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll be the vital link between technology and mission-driven goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse processes, and implement solutions that enhance our impact on the community. Your analytical skills and technical knowledge will be crucial in shaping digital transformation projects.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Proven experience in capturing technical requirements within complex environments.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Lean) with awareness of Waterfall approaches.
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to analyse data, system functionality, and business information with a focus on value.
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude toward managing expectations.
- Effective and persuasive communicator with strong listening skills.
- Able to interpret information from various sources for informed decision-making.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally within a complex organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of IT systems and processes.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for technology and a desire to contribute to a cause that makes a real difference.
The Technical Business Analyst offers hybrid working with 2 days per week in the Liverpool office, easily commutable from Warrington, Wirral, Runcorn and Chester. The salary on offer is £60,000 with great benefits including 35 hour working week, flexible working hours and holiday plans.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
