An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious person with previous club management or similar experience. Proven business development skills, great team leadership, daily management and people skills are key. An 18-hole Championship Parkland Course, par 3 academy facility, on site driving range and food and beverage operation, the club is well equipped. The club moved to its current site in 1975 and has flourished over this time with a membership volume now standing at over 850 persons. As the Club Manager, you will be responsible for leading the management team to ensure members have a great golf experience whilst continuing to increase membership, build visitor income and develop all revenue streams. You will lead initiatives to manage all aspects of membership including retention, satisfaction and renewals. You will report monthly to the Board on key financial and other performance indicators. Ensure catering meets its objectives and continuously improves satisfaction ratings for members and visitors. Work with the Board to develop and execute longer-term business plans. Manage compliance in all required areas including health and safety, data protection and environment. Remuneration: We offer a competitive and negotiable salary commensurate with the knowledge and experience of the applicant.
