Joining the Property Director and wider Property team on new site visits where we are considering major capital investment, and on key asset redevelopment projects, including high profile schemes such as our Marble Arch store.
Interaction with our external advisory companies, such as CBRE, to understand how the real estate and property investment markets operate and where we can use their support as part of our estate transformation.
Own the end-to-end financial business case investment papers, ensuring they are ready for sign off at Property Committee and/or Group PLC Board level, with potential interaction with the Chairman and CEO.
Heavily linking into our Clothing & Home and Food Finance and Managing Directors to appraise new schemes and articulate new store performance.
Leading a team of three (two Finance Managers and one Senior Finance Analyst), coaching them and driving their personal growth and development as part of a high-performance culture.
Ability to influence both finance and non-finance colleagues at a senior level, including ability to present complex information clearly and simply.
Excellent analytical skills, including extensive investment evaluation experience.
Collaborative approach, with a natural style that builds a strong network with finance colleagues across the business.
