Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Export Operator to join my clients dynamic team. As an integral part of their operations, you will be responsible for managing the Air Export process from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customs Clearance: Handle customs clearance procedures for Air Export, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and documentation requirements.
  2. Shipment Coordination: Coordinate with carriers, agents, and vendors to arrange timely pickup and delivery of cargo, ensuring smooth operations throughout the import process.
  3. Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary import documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  4. Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on shipment status, resolving any issues or concerns, and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by proactively addressing client needs, offering solutions to challenges, and maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  6. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changes in import regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
