Senior Associate Commercial Litigation

This position is ideal for a solicitor with demonstrated expertise, a commitment to exceptional client care, and a track record of strong billing. The Firm fully support the development of niche legal areas, whether this is an area you have already established or you're keen to explore new avenues alongside your current workload. Type of workThe role will replace an existing Lawyers caseload of mainly Civil Litigation with some more limited Commercial Litigation work. Contested probate claims (70%)
TOLATA claims (10%)
Other commercial and civil litigation, including professional negligence and construction disputes (20%)
It does not involve dealing with personal injury and medical negligence work, the Firm have members of staff dealing exclusively with these areas.
