Reporting directly to the Board, the ManagingDirector will be responsible for driving commercial success,strategic vision, and operational excellence while ensuring strongregulatory alignment. Key responsibilities * Strategic leadership:Develop and execute a clear vision for the company's growth,ensuring commercial success and long-term sustainability. *Business development: Identify and capitalize on new revenuestreams, partnerships, and market opportunities to expand Iconomi'sfootprint. * Operational excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations,ensuring efficiency, scalability, and high performance across allbusiness functions. * Regulatory & compliance oversight: Workclosely with the compliance and risk management team to maintainindustry-leading regulatory standards. * Stakeholder management:Build & maintain strong relationships with investors,regulators, partners, and key clients. * Team leadership: Inspireand develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture ofaccountability, collaboration, and innovation. * Financialmanagement: Drive financial performance, ensuring sustainablegrowth and profitability. * Market positioning: Enhance Iconomi'sbrand reputation and positioning within the global crypto andfintech space. * Travel: Engage in regular travel across Europe andthe UK to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and ensureeffective company-wide engagement.
