In this role, you will leverage your expertise in selling capital equipment and managing tenders to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships. As a key member of the team, you will manage two employees and oversee the tender business on an international scale. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share for our client's medical equipment solutions.
Manage and mentor a team of two employees, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the tender business internationally, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, preparing tender documents, and leading negotiations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to account management and customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Proven experience in selling capital equipment, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
Demonstrated experience with tender management and a successful track record in securing and managing tenders.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
