Job Title: Senior Lawyer - (Dispute Resolution)

The team currently comprises 4 partners and 7 fee earners, each with expertise in various litigation areas. We are now seeking a Senior Lawyer to join our dynamic and successful team.

The Role: As a Senior Lawyer in our Dispute Resolution department, you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of the team. We are looking for a candidate with general litigation experience in one or more of the following areas:

Property litigation
Commercial litigation
Insolvency litigation
Intellectual property litigation

Handle a variety of litigation matters, including:

Commercial contract disputes
Shareholder disputes, including unfair prejudice petitions and derivative claims
Property litigation (e.g., dilapidation claims, possession proceedings, land registration disputes, contested lease renewals)
will disputes, administration disputes, proprietary estoppel claims)
Specialist tax dispute advice and advocacy services before the First Tier Tax Tribunal (e.g., Supervise and develop junior team members
At least 10 years' PQE with solid litigation experience, ideally gained at a Legal 500 firm
Strong client relationship-building skills
Keen commercial awareness
Rounded academic qualifications
