Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Guest Relations at Louma Farm and Retreat located in Bridport. The Head of Guest Relations will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of guest experiences, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. They will lead a team of guest relations professionals, develop and implement guest service standards, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. The Head of Guest Relations will be the main point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and complaint resolution, and will work closely with the management team to continuously improve our guest offerings.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar guest relations or customer service management role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices and trends
  • Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
